Palo Santo: Also known as "Holy Wood" is a deeply aromatic wood which is used to purify and cleanse your space. The purpose is to get rid of evil spirits and influences. Each stick is about 4 inches long and half an inch wide.
Lavender: Useful for calming anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness.
